If you have any joint problems, inflammation, pain, arthritis, etc., we recommend the following salad that you should consume every day, preferably several times a day for at least 10 days. The recipe is taken from “Old Folk Medicine,” medicinal herbs.
How to make the salad:
- Chop sour cabbage,
- add at least one head of finely chopped red onion
- add fresh parsley leaves or dried parsley if fresh parsley is not in season,
- add a pinch of dill (fresh or dried) coat everything with extra virgin olive oil
- Use at least twice a day for a minimum of 10 days.
